It's taken me far too long to announce the birth of my nephew, Brandon! He was born on the 15th, and is absolutely the center of attention at family gatherings! He's a chick magnet (as I suppose tends to happen when you have three older girl cousins...) they're totally smitten (for the record, the boy in yellow is his cousin... but his interest waned slightly after the initial meeting)!
He is who we were headed to meet in this picture... there's just something about the anticipation of so many people headed in the same direction that I like about the photo... it won't win awards, but I like that it seems to capture the magic of us all meeting our new family member!
