Last weekend of "summer"

I sh*t you not... THIS is what my daughter is wearing on the last weekend before school starts... in late August, I wish to point out... late August in the Northern Hemisphere...

And this is my tree outside my window... dripping with the drizzle coming from our fog...

I apologize to those of you who are sweltering... but this backwards season thing is driving me to insanity... just HOW will my tomatoes ripen like this????
